Kitchen Kristmas

This series is so funny in its stereotypes.  Me with the pink kitchen.  If you look really closely you will see a toolbox for Jeff.  I was working with Peter Poulides of the Spot Studio on the process of archiving photographs. We had an interesting chat about preserving the perspective of the original photographer.  He encouraged me to post them in a series as they had been shot.    My Dad must have taken these.   To alter in any way would be to dishonor his point of view and what had caught his eye.  I like the way Peter encouraged me to think of this and to respect – and treasure – the imperfections and the moment.  Lovely.
