The recipe this week came from Kalyn’s Kitchen (see link). It is a “spin” on Mimi’s Cannellini recipe – this time with Sausage and Kale. I have to commend Kalyn – it is really yummy. And frankly I have to commend Chuck as well since he happened upon the recipe and sent it to me. I served with a plate of cheeses, some fresh baked bread, and a nice hearty wine…
Kalyn is right. It is great to make ahead and easily microwaves. As well, I had the leftover portion Saturday night – two days later – and it was even better. Great dish to have on hand during the holidays. Super easy to make…….
