Holiday Kick off

Hard to believe that Thanksgiving is here…..  And we kick off to the holidays.  As I sit  writing the blog, I am waiting for my parents to arrive.  We will spend a few days together before heading West.  PD is sitting in the other room watching the Jets play (seriously PD!) KC is on a cruise.  PC, CJ and little Ellie are off to visit Family.  SW is in Singapore and DC is with friends in Africa on a charity mission.  And while all scattered, the spirit of PM lives on.   We won’t all be back together until Mid December when we are going to spend a day making Mimi’s Christmas cookies.

I cannot tell you how much I miss our Wednesday PM dinners.  It was a comfort during those summer months and I look forward to when we will be able to once again commit to a weekly schedule.

Until then, I will continue to post our PM progress in tackling family recipes….  and look forward to when we can all be together.
