Gift

My mother passed to me my Great Grandmother’s cookbook.  Not certain I am ready to delve in just yet, with only 1/3 of Mimi’s recipes behind me.  Nice to know though, that we can keep the project alive with such great sounding foods such as raisin tarts, and tea cakes.  I love Mom for sharing and I look forward to reading more of my ggm’s recipes.  In the meantime there is a beauty in the meticulousness of her handwriting.
