Practice make perfect

Times have definitely changed….  Thanks to my friends at Williams and Sonoma…  I now have a pie plate, a new fancy pie sheet (keeps the pie from getting too cooked on the bottom), a pie cutter (kinda like a cookie cutter), rolling pin… and a tasty pie.  I have some work to do on getting the crust (which was delicious) to look the way I would like – but that is half the fun.  And, we get to eat whatever is left over!  And that, my friends, is what you call a virtuous circle!
