Ricer’s are the Bomb

I love mashed potatoes.  And there is nothing better for making the perfect mashed potato than by using the “potato guillotine”  (see post of August 11th) followed by a ricer.  A little cream… a little butter (ok, maybe a lot of butter), some salt and pepper and you have the perfect compliment to pretty much any meal and so very good with the meatloaf.
