Meatloaf
I used organic ground beef and unseasoned pork sausage with whole wheat breadcrumbs. The sauce was made with ketchup and a multi grain mustard. PD grilled it using a special meatloaf pan from Williams and Sonoma. It is open on the bottom to let the meatloaf drain and encourage a nice smokiness from the grill. He did a stupendous job, while picking his fantasy football team. Multi tasking at its best. I thought it was pretty tasty.
