Pineapple Cake

Buy 1 loaf cake  (about a pound)

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon lemon juice

salt

1 small can crushed pineapple

Whipped cream – a small jar.  Cut the loaf cake into 4 layers.  Cook sugar, eggs, lemon juice until thick – about 15 minutes and then cool.  Once cooled, add whipped cream.  Put the mixture between the layers and over the top and down sides.  Good!
