Since it was Quiche night, we had to eat on French Bistro plates!

And of course, SW was there in spirit and we had a nice FaceTime visit.  The funniest part was seeing Nathaniel sleeping under his angry bird sheets.

Every time I get frustrated with technology I am going to try and temper it with a dose of just how terrific it is when technology brings friends and family closer.  It was really special to have SW be with us when we kicked off Project Mimi and while I wish he could be here each week, we know he can’t.  FaceTime sure helped.
