I used mixed greens with fresh sprouts, some slivered and roasted almonds, orange segments, a little maple cured bacon crumbled, some dried cranberries, and avocado then tossed with the Orange French Dressing.  It never fails to be a favorite.

This recipe came from Shirley.  As you can tell by the recipe card, its been used through the years for many a guest in our home.  Simple, easy and really a refreshing side particularly when oranges are at their peak.  Mom also makes with canned mandarin orange sections and it is equally good.
