Chicken Quiche (makes 32 narrow wedges)

! cup cooked chicken diced

2 unbaked pie shells (9 inches)

12 slices bacon fried and crumbled

1 cup created swiss cheese

4 eggs slightly beaten

2 cups heavy cream

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon each of nutmeg, sugar, cayenne pepper and black pepper

Place chicken, bacon and cheese in pie shells.  Mix remaining ingredients and pour into two shelf.  Bake uncovered at 425 for 15 minutes, bake 40 minutes longer at 300.
